Supporting sustainable growth within the Borough is a priority. We want to encourage inward investment, particularly in infrastructure, to help us create new jobs and much-needed affordable housing. With the appropriate infrastructure we currently estimate that we can deliver up to 31,500 new homes and 17,500 net new jobs across the Borough by 2050.
